1. Go to the Register page.
2. Enter the email address you want to use.
3. Click the “Register” button.
4. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password, along with your username and password.

1. Go to the Login page OR click the “Login” button (top right).
2. Fill in the “Login” form with the username/email address and password you used during registration. This information would have been emailed to you when you registered or subscribed to a product.
3. Click the “Login” button.
4. You should now be successfully logged in. Confirm this by checking if the “Login” button in the top-right corner has changed to an “Account” button.

1. Go to the Lost your password page.
2. Enter your username or email address. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password.

A subscription is for 12 months and cannot be cancelled or modified.

1. Go to the Subscriptions page.
2. Choose your subscription by selecting either “1 teacher” or “more than 1 teacher” for the desired product. For example: “1 Teacher – JEMManimation.”
3. Click the “Add to cart” button.
4. After the product has been added to your cart, proceed to checkout.

1. Follow the steps above to Login first.
2. Once logged in, the “Login” button in the top-right will change to an “Account” button.
3. Click the “Account” button to access your account details.
4. Alternatively, go directly to the My Account page to view your information directly.

You will receive an email notification one month before your subscription expires, reminding you to renew it manually. However, you can also renew it yourself at any time using the steps below. To manually renew your subscription, follow these steps:

1. Click the “Login” button (top right)
2. Click the “Account” button (top right)
3. Click “Orders”
4. Click “View” for the order which contains your subscription
5. Under “Related subscriptions” click on “View”
6. Click on “Renew now”
7. Check your details and update payment information
8. Click “Renew subscription”
